For a contemporary take on traditional hinged doors, Reveal Windows & Doors offers the W5700 all-wood Pivot Door. Rather than swinging from hinges that are mounted on the edge of the panel, these doors utilize a heavy-duty pivot hinge that can be edge-mounted, center-mounted or offset from the edge. This re-distribution of weight allows for oversized operable panels, with frame sizes of up to 10’H and over 5-1/2’W.
The all-wood construction provides nearly endless options for customization, including custom stile and rail sizes, mid rails, true divided lites, and raised or flat wood panels. An optional bottom threshold includes the recessed pivot already in place, which makes installation easier.
The masterfully crafted Hinged Outswing Door W6400 adds an elegant accent to spaces while remaining durable and easy to operate. The solid wood, stile-and-rail doors may be customized in a variety of wood species to match the look and feel of any space.
The Hinged Door W6400 arrives pre-hung on brass hinges for ease of installation, and it is available in Oil-Rubbed Bronze or Satin Nickle finishes. The versatile design allows for either single or double panels and inswing or outswing operation.
The center panels can consist of wood or glass and can be customized with decorative glazing or simulated divided lite patterns. On the interior, the wood can be primed, pre-finished or distressed, with a choice of traditional or contemporary edge details.
The Lift & Slide W6400 creates moving walls of wood-framed glass panels that stack or disappear into a pocket for seamless indoor/outdoor living. Minimal sightlines allow for unobstructed panoramic views to stylishly open up spaces without hassle. Whether a space features traditional or contemporary design elements, the system can be customized with specialized glazes, glass and wood panels to integrate beautifully into rooms.
With an array of track options, this door system can be tailored to meet a variety of needs. Choose from Standard Stainless Steel Flush Track, Raised Wood Track or Low Stainless Steel Flush Track.
As an alternative to standard aluminum storefront systems, Reveal presents the curtain wall system with wood interior. This system is ideal for applications where one desires a structural window wall with the warmth and richness of wood on the interior, such as high-end residential, boutique retail, or hospitality projects, with the durability and low-maintenance of aluminum or wood cap on the exterior.
When viewed from the exterior, the curtain wall system from Reveal Windows & Doors resembles typical aluminum storefront, with nearly unlimited configurations and multiple aluminum and wood cap options. The wood interior can be milled out of any species, and is engineered according to the structural and performance needs of the opening. Testing data is available upon request.
Once the framework of the curtain wall is established, the openings can be glazed with any fixed or operable units, including casements, awnings, doors, Lift & Slides, and Folding View-Wall systems. The openings can also be glazed with exterior aluminum panels and interior wood panels.
Multiple installation options exist for curtain walls to span multiple stories and incorporate into any building system, and test data is available to show the structural and performance characteristics of the curtain wall. All systems can be sold with third-party engineering and installation, to ensure proper performance and provide a turn-key solution.
